For this above procedure, a nominal fee is charged.  Some companies do telephonic interview with the previous landlords and the current employer of the tenant, give all the information without using database which sometimes is out-dated, so it takes a little longer than a day for the report to be made and it’s worth the wait.

The tenant background check report should contain the County Criminal Background Check, County Civil Background Check, Employment Verification, and Tenant Verification. Some of the sites offer partial tenant check which includes the County Criminal and Civil background checks and the Credit Check.  For this the owner has to sign a consent form.
